I woke up with pain in my thighs from above the knee to about 7 inches up that feels like bruising yet there’s no bruising, and it hurts really bad to walk or stand, I just got the birth control implant in my arm and it hasn’t gone away for about 4 hours now. It’s in both my legs.

Hello mam ! This problem is not likely to occur due to the birth control implant. Have you recently worked out on thighs in the gym ? Had a long walk or any other associated exercise related to thighs? Usually these are due to muscle sprains commonly. Hot packs are must to relieve spasm. A muscle relaxant and and analgesic to relieve pain.
Next Steps
consult your gyane doctor for side effects of the implant
