Apply ice compression, avoid sport for a few days and do regular stretching. Also take anti-inflammatories like Ibuprofen or Diclofenac, make sure you do not have gastritis/ulcer, no allergies or asthma.and take it after a meal. The bruising may get worse in a day or two (size may increase) that is nothing to worry. Even when you return to sport do it gradually and slowly increase activity level.
