Your pain is most like due to sacroillitis or trochanteric bursitis. In younger age group, this pain occurs when over exercise of muscles inflames the bursa or muscle itself or joints. Take Tab. Zerodol -SP 1TAB TWICE DAILY AFTER FOOD FOR 5DAYS. Tab Pan D 1tab twice daily before food for 5days. Tab. Shelcal-HD 1tab once daily after food for 30 days. Tab. A-Z Gold 1tab once daily after food for 1month. Avoid exercise and jogging. Take rest for 5days. Apply hamstring brace for 2wks.
