In my follicular study, we found out although I develop a good follicle which ruptures on its own, my uterus lining doesn't grow beyond 7/7.5 mm. I am not able to conceive because of this. My doctor suggests I do an FET but is that the only option I have. Can't I try naturally by just treating the endometrium lining issue?

With ovulation induction drug-- clomiphen citrate you may get this type of endometrium, but still it gives pregnancy. So 7.5 mm endometrium is may not be only cause of not getting pregnant. There may be a other causes of it, you should fully investigated by Gynaecologist.
