You can do ankle, knee and calf exercises. Hot water compression thrice daily for 2 to 3 weeks. Tab tendocare and enzomac will help to overcome muscle stiffness and swelling. Start walking after 3-4 days of exercises. Running after 2-3 weeks when you are comfortable.
