Thinning hair, facial hair, acne

My hair has been getting thinner since about ten years ago, i have had bad acne on my face, back and upper arms for years, i am getting a lot of facial hair (Beard/mustache area). my periods are becoming increasingly irregular, and i have a history of cysts. I was previously on implanon and symptoms worsened. Will the BC pill help?
