Hi, is thinning of hair really possible? Does it mean reduction in cross section area of individual hair. If so, what's the reason and remedy?

Since your age is 31 and you are male. There are high chances you are having typical male patterend baldness in which initially hairs gets thinner and later on sheds. So you need to start preventive measures. By taking proper diet and medicines
