Your question is not clear. If you are trying to conceive and its been more than a year, i will suggest you see infertility specialist for further management

When did you get last time TSH level.Because for pregnancy thyroid level should be under control.Getvdone ultrasonography also to rule out pcod.If yes take medicine after consulting to gynaecologist.
