Thoracic outlet syndrome
Right side chest pain which numb right palm in morning to afternoon and in night I feel pressure in middle back both side some night and some night only right side.... Pain go high and go down... Comes and go... Taking medicine but not getting much relief wanna know can it be thoracic outlet if it is then which mri or CT scan I needed to rule out... Kindly advise

Thoracic outlet syndrome is not so common and the presentation is a different one. Rule out commoner pathologies like carpal tunnel syndrome etc.

It's happening due to the muscle tightness around your right side of the neck and shoulder. This is due to your working habits involving the right dominant hand. If using a laptop, mobile, domestic activities, playing cards, holding things etc. The tight muscles press upon the nerve roots. Work in an ergonomic atmosphere and do the relevant exercises.
