Thoughts in my head
I've been getting no sleep at all and recently I've been having thoughts that I might have depression or anxiety. I've also resulted in self harm.

Harming yourself is not the solution. If you think you have depression or anxiety firstly let me tell you it can be dealt with and you can concur them in no time and secondly do not assess yourself but let a Psychologist or a Counselor do it for you as there are many layers and many aspects that have to be taken into account. All you have to do is seek professional help. You could also consult me online.
