Throat cancer?
5'8" tall, 180 lbs, 33 yrs old, Female. Extreme weight loss without changing diet or exercise (lost more than 100 lbs in less than 1 year), swollen lymph nodes that repeatedly come back, recurring infections despite multiple antibiotic treatments, swollen glands in throat, large lumps on back of tongue and continuing down throat, lumps on tonsils, mouth/gum pain (all teeth were pulled 2 years ago), black spot on gums, migraine lasting more than a month, constant fatigue, no appetite. You seem to be having multiple health issues and probably having immune deficiency because of some reason. You should get your routine blood tests done including vitamins and iron status. Also further evaluation of lymph nodes with fine needle aspiration cytology or ultrasound may be necessarily
