The signs are any visible neck mass, change in voice , any ulcers in throat or difficulty in swallowing usually

Symptoms can be nothing or pain while swallowing, bad breath, blood in saliva sputum or difficult swallowing, excessive saliva or secretions, altered voice ,pain radiating to ear
