I have suffering from throat clicking its been a week sometimes i feel that my adams apple rubbing agains cartilages or ligaments in my upper part of adams apple

Hello.well i would suggest you to do salt water garglingso that it will help you in removing the sensation you re facing...And you also have to meet a physician so that you an get yourself examined for the problem.m.hope you understand...Thank you
