Hello, I have had a throat infection for about more than three weeks and have taken some medicine but no avail, I also have some pain. I never had it for so long before

3 weeks is a longer time for a throat infections, the usual causes are acidity, sinusitis, antibiotics not working or there is a lot of stress.
