  4. Throat infection. A kind of irritation.

I have been having throat infection for 2 years. I had endoscopy but it shows a normal result. Doctor told me that I have GERD and the blood results shows hasimotos thyroiditis. But I gave dysphagia as well as a kind of irritation.

You seem to be suffering from reflux laryngopharyngitis which is type of acidity related disorder. You may need to take anti reflux medications for few weeks for long term benefits
