Throat infection

Asked for Male, 31 Years

I was having difficulty in swallowing. Doctor gave aziwok 500 (once a day) and calpol tablet (twice a day) for 5 days. Now after 2 days, throat is fine but I m having fever of around 101 C. What to do?
