Throat infection often
I have been been suffering from throat issues often in the past 3 year.. Often get sore and tight and find difficult to talk. In the last few days i found a lump under the chi i.e below the ears.
2 years back one of the dr from home town asked me to go for endoscopy. Dr advised this can be reflux laryngopharyngitis?.Please advise medicine to take

Yes,can be reflux.
Take proton pump inhibitor Pantop 40 mg one tab daily before breakfast.
Avoid smoked and Masala items.
