You seem to be suffering from acute pharyngo-tonsillitis which is a common type of throat infection in this season. You may need to take antibiotics and painkillers along with antiseptic mouth gargle for few days for faster recovery. There are few medicines which are safe during breastfeeding. You may need to consult nearby ENT specialist
