Your symptoms are suggestive of an anxiety attack due to which you're feeling this way. Obesity(as per your BMI you're overweight), work stress can lead to the anxiety and the fatigue is likely due to being mentally and physically tiredness accumulated. I would advise you to visit a MD general medicine so that you can be examined and undergo the necessary investigations such as CBC, thyroid profile, Vitamin B12, Vitamin D, etc. to find the underlying cause of the problems and have it treated. The following steps will help you with your anxiety attacks: - Stress management: Learn to manage stress that can help limit potential triggers. Keep an eye on pressures and deadlines, compile lists to make daunting tasks more manageable, and commit to taking time off from study or work. - Relaxation techniques: Simple activities can be used to relax mental and physical signs of anxiety. These include meditation, deep breathing exercises, long baths, resting in the dark, and yoga. - Support network: Talk with a person who is supportive, such as a family member or friend. - Exercise: Physical exertion can improve self-image and release chemicals in the brain that trigger positive feelings also will help you maintain a healthy weight as per your BMI. - Reduce caffeine, tea, cola, and chocolate consumption - Maintain a healthy diet(Avoid spicy, oily, deep fried and junk food) - Keep a regular sleep pattern.(Adults require upto 6-8 hours of sleep per day) - Avoid alcohol, cigarettes, cannabis, and other recreational drugs.(if you have the habit) If teh problem persists or worsens visit the ER at the earliest.
