I am 19 yrs old n from last few months i can see a small muscle developing on back of the throat at the opening of the oesophagus . Is it harmful ? Is it common ?

You cannot see the opening of the oesophagus when you see your mouth in a mirror, I suspect you are seeing either the uvula or tip of epiglottis both of which are normal structures. If you are keen on confirmation please meet an ENT specialist
