Throat Pain & ear pain
I was taking medications of GERD 2 months before. It was reduced and I stopped medicines. Also I had some white spots on throat back wall which still exist since 3 months 1 week ago I had 2-3 cigarettes in party (not regular smoker) from then some throat pain started in between it is reduced bt from 2 days my throat and ears are paining. Pain is  shifting from one side to another I am very much worrying about anything serious. Kindly suggest i am very afraid. Photo attached for white patches.

You are having Granular Pharyngitis most probably due to the Acid Reflux.
