Throat pain and fever
Hi, I'm having pain in the throat since yesterday. Pain happens while swallowing. I had fever yesterday evening for which I took crocin. Had little fever throughout the night and had difficulty sleeping. Stomach is also constipated. I have a history of bacterial throat infection, however this is happening after a long time.

You seem to be suffering from acute pharyngo-tonsillitis which is a common type of throat infection in this season. You may need to take antibiotics and painkillers along with antiseptic mouth gargle for few days for faster recovery
Next Steps
Consult nearby ENT specialist for confirmation of diagnosis and appropriate treatment if required.
