Yesterdays fever coming following by sever cold.After medicine it OK for 3 hrs than come back again.

Viral fevers can last up-to 7 days,with recurring fever. Just give paracetamol for fever,repeat 4 hourly if needed. If she has accompanying symptoms,consult your paediatrician.
