Throat pain and indigestion
I have acute pharyngitis since august 2019...I had throat pain and cold that didn't come out.i had been taking warm water and a cough syrup....So the throat pain has still not gone .and iam having loose stools since 3-4 days and there is bit of a stomach pain and lots of trapped gases in stomach...so could the infection have been spread to stomach?...what could be the reason?...plz give some remedy.

I suggest you get a throat endoscopy done to see what exactly the problem is.
