I am having throat pain from 23rd march. Doing gargles 3-4 times a day. Had mild fever of 99 degree for a day. Now no fever but pain persists. Is Corona test required?

Corona testing is currently being done only for people with international travel and those with exposure to patients with corona. Your symptoms does not have anything to suggest corona as such. But you have to be vigilant and take precautions like others. You can try betadine gargles. It might help

If you do not have a travel history, or history of coming in contact with the suspected patient, and since you are already recovering, I don't see a reason to worry.
Just stop gargles, and instead take warm sips of water to relax your throat.
