Throat pain
I am suffering from throat pain right side pain and little pain in the chest left side from last two days
While speaking and swallowing spit
No pain while eating
And in nigth I feel heavy in my neck while speaking
Today I eat black pepper so I feel so much of irrtation
I have no fever no cough no running nose
No ear pain
And I am mother of 7 month old baby girl and breast feeding
Kindly suggest something so I ll get relief
