Throat pain
Since 3 months Difficulty in swallowing , bitter taste in mouth ,some times ear pain burning sensation in stomach & the chest area , feeling fatigue & burning sensation under feet but not all the time .

Your symptoms seem related to acid reflux causing the throat and chest discomfort. It could be chronic tonsil infection also . Can't say much with the history provided .
