Throat pain, arms and muscle spasm, headache, severe headache, got tested for thyroid, hiv all done i m unable to figure out wat is wrong with me

I hope u got all these tests done with yr Dr's advise.so instead of figuring out yr self better u ask concern Dr. what is wrong with u.as yr throat needs to be examined by Dr. so the other complete physical examination to reach to a conclusion what is wrong with u.
