Throat problem and neck skin black
Hii i am having throat problem like feeling something is there. I am doing gargle with warm water n salt from last 2 days but not much improvement. Further my neck skin has started 2 black lines. Photo attached. Any specific reason for this and any treatment for throat infection. Plz suggest

Feeling like something is there at the back of throat is mostly post nasal drip which can be due to acidity, cold, allergic rhinitis,. Skin changes under neck is probably acanthosis nigricans. It's due to insulin resistance
Next Steps
check cbc, blood sugar, hba1c, consult for further information and treatment
