Throat problem
Dr I am suffering from hyper acidity and acid reflux problem since month. I have taken medicines also but no use. I feel something stuck into my throat or my throat became tight m not getting. And since from yesterday m feeling like if I take long breath my throat blocks or chokes. Pls consult me bcz m bit worried

Don't worry. Your problem can be treated with medications + lifestyle changes. Drink plenty of water + consume light meals. Do physical workout for atleast 30 mins after every meal. You also might need to get your Hb checked .
