I am having bit of pain and irritation in my throat from last 1 days and developed an ulcer in my mouth today in the morning, is this any kind of viral infection?

Hey,it could be due to metabolic disturbance, trauma , hot food items, vitamin deficiencies etc.. Have buttermilk , curd ,tender coconut , apply local anesthestic gell ,take vit b syp
