I have been brushing suddenly i got vomited and i noticed blood but its not from the tongue is there any serious issue regarding this

You might have traumatized your pharynx leading to bleeding. Usually it will stop on its own without any further problems. If the bleeding repeatedly occurs then you need to consult a specialist
