I've been having wet cough since 2 days. It's like my throat is choked up. I always have to clear my throat. Also due to the cough I feel like vomiting.

Before treating I want to know some answers from you 1.do you have fever or chills? 2.what is the colour of sputum? 3.how bad is the cough? 4.are you taking any medication?
