Throat pain while I am eating food or drinks water. Head ache also and litle feaver. Pls tell the problem and remidy

Hello..... You might be having throat infection, gargle with salt water twice daily...Take antipyretic for fever.. Most of the viral infection subsides in its own.. If it's bacterial infection you may need antibiotics.. Avoid oily foods.. Consult general physician in nearest hospital..
