Throbbing pain occationally in lower are
Earlier I was feeling throbbing pain for few seconds my left and right testicles, but later I observed pain is not in testicles, it is in inner thigh area where testicles usually lie, also I get occational mild pain in left or right hip, that time they get tensed like we flex them to see muscle. When ever I feel any pain in left hip or inner thigh, I feel cool sensation in my left feet sole in middle area, sometimes a slight burning sensation behind knee. I am bit confused what is happening a local doctor in my village told me it is sciatica, I talked to a neurophycisian on call in nearest city, He told me it's not scitica. This issue is not of his field. Can anyone suggest me what is it and whom should I consult. My village have only one govt. Medical center where only 3 doctors are there.

I would like to assure you that it's not sciatica. As you mentioned that flexing of thigh muscles and hip pain followed by uncomfortable sensation in the knee point towards somatic complaints.. These are physiologic processes or sometimes hyperactivity of reflexes
Next Steps
Try some relaxing techniques For evaluation in detail feel free to consult.

The problem you mentioned are not so specifically related to any medical conditions. First of all, dont panic. Your problem can be cured. 1. Make sure your digestion is proper and complete. 2. If you have habit of masturbation, don't do it a lot. 3. Take cumin seed water. 4. Good night sleep. You mentioned that you have already consulted a doctor, also a neurologist. So probably it is not  a neuro complaint. A good M.D physician on face to face consultation can help you out better, because needs examination.
Next Steps
Follow the acvice given for 5 days, if the symptom persist consult a M.D physician. Because physical examination is needed in your case, before advicing any medicines.
