Throid issue in pregnancy
I am 6 week pregnant. Also i have thyroid issue, before pregnancy my tsh value was 3.8 and i am on medication with 50 mcg eltroxin from begining. Today i have checked my tsh same was 4.7. Kindly advise how to control my tsh for pregnancy.

Increase thyronorm to 62.5 much Repeat tsh after 6 weeks

Ideally you should consult an endocrinologist for control of thyroid.an normal thyroid level is very important in pregnancy as the intelligence of the fetus and all the system need thyroid hormone and the baby is dependent on the mother for the same.

In first trimester  TSH should be 2.5miu/'l . As it it around 4 better to increase  to 75mcg and repeat TSH after 6 week .
