Some medications for diabetes can drop your sugar levels and low sugar levels or hypoglycaemia can cause excessive hunger which is a way the body responds to low sugar levels. Thyroid tablets should be taken preferably in the morning 30min before eating your breakfast or even tea or coffee as food interferes with absorption of thyroid tablet.Your TSH is quite high, you should take your thyroid tablet regularly as prescribed.
