Report says TSH 11.97uiu/ml & FREE T4 0.51 ng/dl is this harmful for health? How can it be cured naturally and how long will it take to bring it to normal level?

High TSH and low Free T4 suggests overt hypothyroidism and needs treatment with levothyroxine. It can not be cured naturally and requires treatment. Get your anti TPO test done to r/o autoimmune thyroid. Consult diabetologist to start treatment according to your weight.
