High TSH and low Free T4 suggests overt hypothyroidism and needs treatment with levothyroxine.
It can not be cured naturally and requires treatment.
Get your anti TPO test done to r/o autoimmune thyroid.
Consult diabetologist to start treatment according to your weight.
