My mother having 7.8 tsh level thyroid.. Is this Mild or severe? Problem started with eyes swollen lips swollen and itchy scalp when she woke up in the morning.. Are these symptoms of thyroid? Pls let me know this is mild or severe

This level is moderate.swelling of lips or itchy scalp is not exactly related to thyroid.u should consult properly
