Thyroid and Hairfall problem
Hello Doctor I've been facing hairfall a lot from past 3 months (50 daily and 100 when I wash) Recently I've been diagnosed with thyroid with tsh level being 18 and t3 and t4 are within the reference range. I want to know within how much time my hair would grow back to normal and hairfall would stop after the tsh levels are back to normal. I face no other symptoms than hairfall for thyroid.

The hair cycle normally consists of growing, resting and falling hairs and there is a delicate balance between these stages of hair cycle. Normally hair should re-grow but if it is not happening, you should consider seeing a dermatologist.
