Thyroid and sugar
Myself Anjna , 51,hypothyroid from last 5 years,weight reduced from 67 to 50 kg, use no sugar, fried items. Pure vegetarian. Very starting dose was 50 mcg, then advised to reduce and to take 37.5for 4 days and 25 for 3days and next continue 25.Now from last 4 months taking 25and feeling sugar level is also increasing. Fasting around 95 and PP140 to 167.Yoga Exercise also do.What should I do to maintain sugar level normal? Please guide.

Eat small diet frequent time. Avoid rice, fatty food, non veg food. Introduce fiber food in ur diet. Increase protein intake. Avoid high glycemic food items.
