Thyroid hair skin liver
I m having hair fall and acne for past 6-7 years,and now having receding hair line and less volume of hairs. tried homeopathy for 3 months but no result. taking treatment from ayurveda for past 1 yr but still no result but acne reduced about 10%. having lines on nails(ridges) and splitting nails also sometimes. After getting no relief i got all blood tests done which shows m deficient in vitamin B12 an D25, increased tsh(6.25) but normal T3 and T4, increased Sgot, Sgpt, ALP. high triglycerides Increased MCH .Another problem i have is gustatory sweating( sweating while eating only from scalp)

Hair fall is significant if you loose more than 100 hair / day. Otherwise also you should get treated for all defeciencies..coz all of them will cause hairfall. For thyroid check anti tpo antibodies...if positive,u need treatment for it also. B12 u get from egg white D3 from early morning sunlight. Rest consult a physician for furthur advise

Hello.. Well the amount of hair fall which you are mentioning is very minimal...I don't think you have to worry about it...well thinned out hairs may be genetic or due to changes in weather,water food intake as in protein insufficiency,calcium deficiency, anaemia etc... I need to examine you for that...its better you consult a dermatologist... Make sure to have protein rich diet..have good green leafy vegetables, dry fruits etc..drink plenty of water too
