Thyroid (hypo)
I m having thyroid THS 9.98 which was 6.54 2 months back. M taking medicine of 25 mg but i want to know the reason y it happened is it because of my weight i m 83 kgs. I want to know the do's and don't and is it curable and plz advice my weight is increasing coz of thyroid or my weight is causing thyroid??

Hypothyroidism can cause weight gain, obesity doesn't lead to hypothyroidism. Hypothyroidism is usually autoimmune and the medicines are needed for life. You need to increase the dose of thyroxin. To be sure of cause u can get your Anti TPO antibodies done
