Thyroid in pregnancy
I am 11 weeks pregnant,yesterday I have done some blood tests and I was diagnosed with thyroid,doctor told me that my tsh levels are low,tsh level is 0.2,t3 & t4 are in normal range,dr told me that she will give the treatment after 2 weeks,she didnt give me any medicine until then, Please tell me is it harmful to take thyroid medicine in 1st trimester,what precautions should I take and which foods to include in my diet & which foods to avoid..please help.

Absolutely safe to take thyroid medications in pregnancy at is essential as well
