Thyroid issue
Gestational thyroid  (tsh )was 4.2 in first term it reduces to 1.2 in last trim. was on medication thyronorm 25 mg till 2 nd august delivered a child on 3 rd Aug Till Sept it was 1.2 but checked recently it came down to .25 with no medication Iron levels good Still feeling lightheaded , tired having fatigue and having muscle cramp Plz help as Its affecting my daily routine

There cn be lot of reasons for fatigue and cramps.. Your food intake should be proper.. Take high protein diet. Get your hemoglobin level ,blood sugars ,vit D3 levels checked.. Iron and calcium supplements are must at least 6 months post partum

Calcium to be taken Plenty of liquids Eat nutritious diet U dont need thyroid anymore as off now
