For your age, your TSH is elevated. . This means you have early/ mild hypothyroidism. Would recommend additional testing to determine cause high TSH ( TPO antibodies) checking free T4 and free T3 to assess severity of hypothyroidism. Whether you require medicines or not will depend upon your symptoms, pregnancy plans and cause of hypothyroidism.
