Thyroid Medication
I am 35yrs old male - have got the Thyroid profile tested TSH - 17.48 T3 - 1.05 T4- 6.70 T3 & T4 values are in reference range but TSH is drastically high from the reference range (0.6-1.81) Vit D Test results are 10.4 where as the reference range is to be >20 Pls suggest what medications to be taken

HELLO, CONSULT A GENERAL PHYSICIAN MD/AN ENDOCRINOLOGIST. TAB THYROXIN  100 NANOGRAM ONE WEEK, THAN INCREASE TO 150 NANOGRAM, AFTER ONE WEEK 200 NANOGRAM IN EMPTY STOMACH. CONTINUE THIS . TEST AFTER ONE MONTH. BESIDES, AVOID SOURY THINGS. BRISK WALK FOURTY MINUTES FIVE DAYS IN A WEEK. YOGA, ANULOM VILOM, KAPALBHANTI. FOR VIT D SACHET CHOLECALSCEFEROL ONE PER WEEK FOR EIGHT WEEKS.FOLLOWED BY ONE PER MONTH FOR SIX MONTHS. TAB BIO D3 ONE AT NIGHT FOR LONG TERM. MILK , BUTTER MILK, TO BE CONSUMED DAILY. OK
