Thyroid medicine before or after cycling
Hello Dr,
I am taking thyronorm 50 mg from quite some time and I was just doing evening cycling daily for an hour ... And now I'm thinking of regular cycling in the morning ... These days I wake up at 7 AM with throid med intake and usually consumes breakfast at 9 AM
What time should I take thyroid medicine if I start cycling from 6-7:30 am ??
Before cycling or after cycling and what should be the time gap ??

Take Thyroid medicines on empty stomach. After a gap of 1 hour you can take your breakfast
