Hi Recently I did t3,t4 and tsh test of my wife. TSH was 6.9 . please advise best medicine for this  TSH . Thanks

If there are no symptoms, then treatment need not be started for TSH below 10. But if she was already taking medicines, then she just needs to continue the same.
Next Steps
repeat TSH again after three months.
