following lifestyle changes which could help:
- Drink lots of water and stay well hydrated at all times of the day(Aim to drink 2.5-3 liters of water everyday)

Hi..u need to do a full thyroid profile and then u have to consult the endocrinologist..they will examine u and with ur detailed history they will start u on drugs after which u will be asked to repeat the TSH and accordingly ur dose will be adjusted
